Refund policy

We hope you and your dog love everything you ordered.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Due to the nature of our grooming products, we’re unable to accept returns for items that have been used.

However, if there’s a problem with your order, we will of course make it right. You’re entitled to a full refund or replacement if:

• your item arrives damaged or faulty, or
• you receive the wrong item.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at care@fidoandoak.com, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
